Kirkham Companions

Supporting over 65's who are feeling lonely and isolated.

The Project

We invite all residents over the age of 55 years to join us for the return of our popular Kirkham Companions inclusive session.

Take part in chair-based activities, meet new friends, take part in weekly quizzes, opportunity to attend day trips and enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits during the session.

All sessions will work on a walk-up basis and do not need to be pre-booked.

· Wednesday 13:45-15:15 every week

Kirkham Companions has been created specifically to encourage individuals to come out of isolation and build on their social skills.

If you’d like to broaden your horizons, friendship circle or just want to come and have a friendly chat, then come down and join us!
