The Foundation is proud to be working in partnership with our Principal Cuadrilla Resources, through their continued support we are able to work with over 10,000 unique individuals every year helping to provide life changing interventions around the areas of health, wellbeing, education, enterprise and employability.
Core Physical Activity Programme
Working together for over 5 years BAE Systems have allowed the Foundation to deliver a innovative range of community sport, youth work and outreach services. BAE Systems have also allowed the Foundation to develop a comprehensive youth work programme which enables young people to continue thriving within our community.
Activity Camp Partner
Frank Whittle Partnership Group have been the Foundation's official activity/sport camp partner for over five years. Through the support of the partnership young people throughout Fylde are provided with the opportunity to take part in subsidised sports and activity programmes throughout the local community.
Kepak Convenience Foods
Activity and Community Wellbeing Partner
Kepak Convenience Foods have supported the Foundation's Health and Wellbeing programme's for over three years. The support of Kepak has allowed the Foundation to deliver specialist projects that reach out to young people living with disabilities and young people over the age of 16 allowing them to make positive health choices in the community.
The National League Trust
Through support provided by the Premier League and The PFA the National League Trust have supported the Foundation to develop a large number of core operational programmes, allowing us to reach out to all members of our local community in a holistic manner.
Big Lottery Fund / EU Social Fund
Education and Enterprise Partner
Through the support of The EU Social Fund and The Big Lottery Fund the Foundation is able to deliver three community based enterprise and employability programmes enabling our local community to become more empowered and financially stable. Programmes supported through the partnership are as follows ; Reach IT, Changing Futures and Age of Opportunity.
Community Activity Partner
Through the support provided by Beaverbrooks the Foundation is able to provide enhanced free community sports and activity programmes within local parks during school half term breaks. This is allowing young people to stay active throughout our local community.
Cumbria & Lancashire CRC
Community Rehabilitation Partner
Through the support of Cumbria and Lancashire CRC the Foundation has developed the regionally acclaimed Positive Pathways Offender and Rehabilitation management programme. This programme works across West Lancashire and supports vulnerable individuals to positively reform in the community.
Core Funding Partner
Through the support of Sodexo Quality of Life Services the Foundation has been able to establish a significant prison and community link rehabilitation programme named "Through the Gate". This programme works with service users within prisons and within the community in order to establish seamless transition between prison and the community.
