Positive Pathways

Working with people who are at risk of re-committing offences in the local community, the Foundation offer a tailor made approach to rehabilitation with the Positive Pathways programme.

What we do?

Foundation's Positive Pathways programme is ran in partnership with Lancashire and Cumbria Probation Services, to offer the best approach in the community as possible.

The AFC Fylde Community Foundation work across Lancashire to educate, motivate and inspire future generations to build better communities for all. Through the work we deliver we see a real difference in the individual, as they transition back into the community.

The programme is going from strength to strength we are very confident the positive results we are seeing will only get better.

We have work with over 100 service users a year on this programme alone.

Some of the support we provide are -

  • Support mentoring
  • Employability skills
  • Mindfulness support
  • CBT interventions/MH Support and confidence building
  • Training and accreditation provision
  • Sourcing of sustainable accommodation
  • Employment links
