The AFC Fylde Community Foundation is a forward thinking and fast-moving charity, which works in partnership with AFC Fylde Football Club, based in Kirkham, Lancashire. The Foundation currently delivers a number of flagship community development programmes, which aim to motivate, educate and stimulate.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, committed Media and Communications apprentice, to deliver and develop part of the Foundations Media and Communications strategy moving forward. The post holder will be expected to create and develop innovative and forward-thinking media outputs, which promote The Foundations diverse delivery portfolio.
As our Media Apprentice you will;
•support the Foundation’s social media presence (Facebook, Twitter + Instagram) – helping to engage and grow interest and support for the Trust’s charitable activities
•ensure that all queries and interactions are dealt with in an appropriate way, with the aim of achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. This includes sharing feedback across the Foundation in order to highlight successes and weaknesses so that we can improve performance.
•develop content for and curate the Foundation’s social media pages, ensuring all content is timely, on brand, engaging and has a clear purpose.
•attend weekly events and sessions to capture positive video/photo’s of Foundation activities.
•create engaging and informative promotional material such as booklets, posters, handouts, video’s and press releases.
