Community Engagement Manager:
AFC Fylde Community Foundation is recruiting a Community Engagement Manager to join its successful and respected team. The postholder will form part of the Senior Management Team, providing inspirational leadership, effectively overseeing and managing all community projects, and develop relationships with stakeholders.
The postholder will need an excellent understanding of community engagement, a range of business development skills, the ability to effectively manage a team and to display behaviours that are in line with the Foundation’s Values.

Champions Co-ordinator x2:
AFC Fylde Community Foundation is recruiting two Project Co-ordinators to join its successful and respected team to lead its Champions project. The role will include working with individuals and groups of young people involved or at significant risk of becoming involved in crime and anti-social behaviour to find positive outcomes.
Funded by the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network (VRN), the Champions project isa youth intervention programme that aims to reduce reoffending, by establishing positive relationships with young people. The programme supports young people referred in by partner agencies such as police, youth justice, schools and prisons, to divert young people aged 10 to 25 years old away from crime.

Youth Engagement Co-ordinator:
AFC Fylde Community Foundation is recruiting a Youth Engagement Coordinator to join its successful and respected team. The post holder will lead on our new Youth Prevention programme and support the delivery of our Education, Employability & Skills projects. The role will include working with individuals and groups of young people to deliver tailored support that increases young people’s development and equips them with the tools to make positive choices and preventing future involvement in anti-social behaviour(ASB).
The role requires a passion for delivering both group and one-to-one support through programme delivery, activities and events. There will also be a requirement to network with local agencies in the public, private and voluntary sectors to deliver positive outcomes for project participants such as jobs fairs, mock interviews, keynote speakers and work placements.

The postholder will be delivering key work readiness projects to the Fylde community, supporting people into employment, education or training by way of bespoke support.
The successful candidate will engage with the local community to offer a relevant, accessible and engaging work readiness programme, through developing people’s personal and social skills as well as wider their wider health and wellbeing. The role requires a passion for delivering both group and one-to-one support through programme delivery, activities and events. There will also be a requirement to network with local agencies in the public, private and voluntary sectors to deliver positive outcomes for project participants such as jobs fairs, mock interviews, key note speakers and work placements.

The role requires a passion for delivering bespoke support as well as delivering innovative courses, programmes and activities to engage unemployed and economically inactive adults. There will also be a requirement to network with local agencies in the public, private and voluntary sectors to deliver positive outcomes for project participants.
