AFC Fylde Community Foundation have been nominated for the Striving for Equality award and Lancashire’s Social Enterprise Champion awards at this year’s Selnet Enterprise in Society Awards.
· Shortlisted for its ongoing work across the Fylde Borough over the past 12 months.
· The Foundation has been nominated for the Striving for Equality award for their relentless work to support the armed forces community.
AFC Fylde Community Foundation have been nominated for two awards at the 2022 Selnet Enterprise in Society Awards
The Foundation have been nominated for the Striving for Equality award in recognition of their work to support all members of the armed forces community including serving, ex-service and their families. The Foundation’s Director, Wesley Partington, has also been nominated for Lancashire’s Social Enterprise Champion 2022, recognising the success, growth and leadership demonstrated over the past 12 months.
Set to be held on Friday 4 November at The Village Hotel in Blackpool, the awards will celebrate the excellent work of social enterprises based or operating in Lancashire and is set to be an exciting night for the Foundation.
