The traineeship project is a fantastic opportunity for 16–24-year-olds who may be unsure of what to do next.
The project runs for 12 weeks and provides a qualification in employability and customer service, with access to courses such as functional skills if required.
As part of the Traineeship project, trainees will complete 70 hours of work experience in an area that they would like to pursue a career in. We are currently able to secure work experience in sports coaching, business administration, kitchens, conferences, events, hospitality, media and community work.
Further to this, trainees will recieve weekly one-to-one support at Fylde Sports and Education Centre.
