Get fit in January at Mill Farm with Foundation's FIT FYLDE programme!


AFC Fylde Community Foundation’s FIT Fylde programme is returning this January, for anyone who wants to kick-start their New Year’s resolutions by getting fitter!


FIT Fylde is open to adults aged over 18, with the FREE six-week programme helping participants make healthier lifestyle choices through nutritional support and physical exercise, partnered with the EFL Trust, National League Trust, Fylde Borough Council and Lancashire County Council.


The cohort will start on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.


The weekly fitness sessions will start at Mill Farm on , the home of AFC Fylde, and provides the perfect opportunity to kick-start your fitness journey for the New Year.


Our fitness programme will be held in the unique setting of a professional football ground.

As we head into 2024, there is no better time to take control and achieve your fitness goals at AFC Fylde Community Foundation.


We are now welcoming sign-ups for the start of our FIT Fylde programme in the New Year.


Timings for sessions are as follows:


Women: 6pm-7pm


Men: 7:15pm-8:15pm
