CREATING STRONGER COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE FYLDE

AFC Fylde Community Foundation is the official charitable partner of AFC Fylde, supporting people across the Fylde area through inclusive community programmes. Our work spans community engagement, employability and skills, schools and nurseries, football development, holiday camps and local signposting. We work with children, young people, adults, families, veterans, schools and local organisations to create opportunities, improve wellbeing and build confidence. Whether someone wants to get active, develop new skills, access support or connect with their community, the Foundation provides practical programmes designed around local needs. By working alongside AFC Fylde, partners and organisations across the borough, we help more people take part, progress and feel connected to the place they live. This joined-up approach gives local people clearer routes into activities, education, employment, support and positive community experiences.
