Extra Curriculur

Extra Curricular sessions help schools increase participation in sport outside normal curriculum time, giving children the chance to try a wide range of activities in a fun and supportive setting. From football, dodgeball and multi-skills to sports such as archery and lacrosse, the Foundation helps pupils stay active, build confidence and discover a sport they enjoy.

Future Coasters

Future Coasters is an engaging programme for nursery and pre-school settings, designed to support children’s development through fun, active sessions linked directly to the EYFS curriculum. With a focus on movement, communication, confidence and teamwork, the programme helps children build key skills, develop independence and feel more prepared for their next steps in education.

Health Workshops

Health Workshops give children the knowledge and tools to better understand their health, wellbeing and fitness through engaging six-week programmes. Covering topics such as mental health, resilience, physical activity, diet and sleep, the workshops help young people make informed choices, develop coping strategies and build healthier habits both inside and outside the classroom.

P.E Support

P.E. Support provides primary schools with bespoke curriculum sessions designed to benefit pupils, teachers and the wider school environment.
