Armed Forces Support

Our Armed Forces Community programmes provide dedicated support for serving personnel, veterans and their families across the Fylde area. Through one-to-one guidance, social breakfast clubs and weekly football sessions, the Foundation helps members of the Armed Forces community stay connected, active and supported as they move through different stages of military and civilian life. Champions Project

The Champions Project supports young people aged 10 to 25 who have experience of, or may be at risk of, offending behaviours. Delivered in a confidential, voluntary and non-judgemental way, the programme uses trusted mentoring to build positive relationships, encourage personal development and help young people move towards better choices. Loneliness Prevention Project

The Loneliness Prevention Project brings together Extra Time and Kirkham Companions, offering free weekly sessions for adults aged 55 and over. Held in Lytham St Annes and Kirkham, the sessions provide welcoming spaces to socialise, enjoy gentle activities and improve physical and mental wellbeing. Fans of the Future

Fans of the Future gives children and their families a memorable matchday experience at Mill Farm, delivered alongside AFC Fylde on selected Saturday home fixtures. From free tickets and stadium access to meeting players, gift bags and special pitchside moments, the programme helps young supporters feel part of the club and create lasting memories. Fit Fylde

Fit Fylde is a free 12-week health and wellbeing programme designed to help adults improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Through supportive group sessions, physical activity and nutritional guidance, the programme encourages participants to make healthier lifestyle choices, build confidence and take positive steps towards long-term wellbeing.
